Dear client, at the moment we all have to experience an extraordinary situation due to the spread of the Covid-19. This situation requires special measures from our organization, due to the emergency nature on multiple cancelled events. eTicketsBoxOffice.com is issuing customers a discount code(voucher) for the full amount of the purchase. The discount code can be used to purchase tickets for any future event the customer desires. The discount code has no expiration date. Stay safe!

Under normal circumstances, if an event is cancelled the customer receives a full refund minus delivery fees. Events cancelled due to the Covid-19 falls under the Force Majeure clause in our Terms and Conditions.

Force Majeure eTicketsBoxOffice.com shall not be deemed in default or otherwise liable under these rules and policies due to its inability to perform its obligations by reason of any fire, earthquake, flood, substantial snowstorm, epidemic, accident, explosion, casualty, strike, lockout, labor controversy, riot, civil disturbance, act of public enemy, cyber-terrorism, embargo, war, act of God, or any municipal, county, state or national ordinance or law, or any executive, administrative or judicial order (which order is not the result of any act or omission which would constitute a default hereunder), or any failure or delay of any transportation, power, or communications system or any other or similar cause not under SITE'S control (hereinafter all of the foregoing is collectively referred to as 'FORCE MAJEURE'). Notwithstanding the foregoing, SITE shall be permitted to terminate this Agreement with or without notice to USER in the event that USER is prevented from performing hereunder due to FORCE MAJEURE.

Due to eTicketsBoxOffice.com extensive fraud prevention, your ticket delivery may be delayed. Tickets can be delivered up to the day of the event via: E-Tickets, Will Call Pick Up, Mobile Tickets or Fed Ex. Customer is responsible in tracking their FedEx package after is sent. If the original tickets purchased are not available, customer will receive equivalent or better tickets at same price (if available) in groups of two. Equivalent tickets may be 5 Rows from original Row. Better tickets may be any Section or Row closer to the stage. Images on the Site are for description only, it does not imply Site is affiliated with any Venue or Event. In case of a chargeback, customer automatically receives a credit for a future event after the chargeback is cleared in the company's favor: if the tickets has not been sent.
